For warranty part inquiries, please call 800-KLIPSCH. Warranty parts are subject to shipping charges.
If you are not completely satisfied with a product, return it for a full refund. Return it with an RMA , which you can generate from the "My Account" section, within 30 days of the shipping date on your packing list. After 30 days any returns are in our discretion. If we accept a return after 30 days, a 15% re-stocking fee will be assessed.
International customers please note that direct sales from Klipsch are exclusive to U.S. customers (not including Puerto Rico). We cannot ship to addresses outside the U.S, nor do we ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
