A Sound Investment: Why You Need Klipsch Earbuds

When I have my wireless headphones in, I want only two things - great sound and to be left alone. While the latter is not always promised, the former can happen easily with a really great pair of wireless headphones.

While admittedly biased, I can also say my extensive research on this topic goes back decades, including listening to Poison’s “Open Up and Say Ahh” through my bright yellow foam Memorex headphones so many times I broke the cassette. Years later, I’d use every brand and type of over-ear headphones known to man as a professional broadcast journalist. Today, I use wireless earbuds primarily for running and the aforementioned being left alone.

This is why we wanted to take a few moments to educate you on why Klipsch T5 II True Wireless headphones will change everything about your listening experience.

LONG-LASTING BATTERY LIFE

One of my worst and probably most irrational fears is my headphones crapping out on me in the middle of a long-distance run. Thankfully, the Klipsch T5 II Series offers at least five hours (ANC) and up to eight hours (T5 II Sport) on a single charge. In full disclosure, when I first got my T5 II Sport McLaren edition earphones, I couldn’t understand why one earbud charged, while the other did not.

LIFE HACK: take the ear tips off before putting the earbuds in the charging case.

PATENTED OVAL EAR TIPS FOR A PERFECT FIT

Uncomfortable. Loose. May cause an ear infection. I’ve heard all of these as common complaints with other wireless headphones on the market. Comfort is something that sets Klipsch far apart from other earbuds.

Not only are our ear tips patented so they aren’t loose or uncomfortable, but we include six pairs of tips with each set of earbuds so you can pick what size fits your ears best. Note: your ear canals are likely not the same size and you may have a different fit on the left and right. Remember, you’re unique!

WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN EARPHONES AND EARBUDS?>

UNRIVALED SOUND

Remember at the top when I mentioned changing how you experience your music, streaming, podcasts, and so forth? Klipsch wireless headphones do just that. We took the technology that made our speakers legendary and put it into the design and creation of our headphones. You will hear every note, every nuance, even uncredited guest vocals, as though you’re in the recording studio with the musicians and engineers.

BEST-IN-CLASS BLUETOOTH

The beauty of Bluetooth is its versatility and ease of use. You don't need an elaborate wired setup to enjoy great music at home, and you can quickly connect to a mobile device while on the go. Unlike WiFi, Bluetooth doesn't require a network connection to transmit media, so you can rely on it almost anywhere.

Pairing your T5 II True Wireless earphones via Bluetooth is super easy. Just press and hold down the Klipsch logo on both earphones for 3 seconds. This will put the earphones into pairing mode. If the earphones are inside the case, pressing on the right earphone 3 times will also start pairing them (the unit should start pulsing). After selecting the earphones on your mobile device, the earphones will flash blue to indicate that they're connected.

ACTIVE NOISE CANCELLATION*

Active Noise Cancellation on Klipsch ANC earbuds

*(available only on ANC and ANC McLaren headphone models)

Active noise cancellation uses electronics and microphones to hear outside noise and actively block it out. How is that different from, “passive noise cancellation?” Klipsch Lifestyle Division Director of Product Development Vlad Grodzinskiy explains it fairly simply: “Passive noise cancellation is simply sound blocking. Put your hands over your ears, that’s passive noise cancellation.”
